What is GroKeeper?
A managed ecommerce platform that gives you a branded online store and one connected place to manage products, orders, customers and everyday operations.
Do I need technical skills?
No. We handle setup during your managed launch, and the admin is designed for everyday business users.
How long does launch take?
Our standard target is seven working days once your content, business details and approvals are ready. Complex requirements can take longer.
Store & catalogue
Can my store match my brand?
Yes. Your logo, colours, imagery and content are built into the storefront.
Can I update content myself?
Yes. Edit banners, pages, products and promotions from the admin without a developer.
Do products support sizes and variants?
Yes. Each size or pack can have its own price, stock and details.
Orders & payments
Which payment options are supported?
Online payments through your gateway, including UPI and cards, plus cash on delivery where you enable it.
Does GroKeeper create tax invoices?
Yes. Tax invoices for GST / VAT are created with orders. Confirm your tax setup with your accountant.
Can customers track their orders?
Yes. Tracking details are shared automatically when you add them to a shipped order.
Growth & support
Can I run promotions?
Yes. Coupons, automatic discounts, Buy X get Y and combo boxes are built in.
What is GroBot?
GroBot is the AI assistant that answers shoppers on your store and guides your team inside the admin.
Does GroBot replace my team?
No. It handles common questions so your team can focus on requests that need a personal touch.
Will I get help after launch?
Yes. GroKeeper is managed, with ongoing support and updates according to your plan.
Can I move from another platform?
Yes. Share your catalogue and content and we’ll plan the right migration during onboarding.

What does “live in 7 working days” include?
A branded storefront, catalogue import, payments, shipping, GST / VAT and testing, delivered when onboarding materials and approvals arrive on schedule.
Do I need technical skills?
No. We configure the store, train your team, and Ask GroKeeper guides you through every admin page.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. We connect your existing domain or help you register one.
Is hosting included?
Yes. Hosting, backups and version updates are managed by GroKeeper.
Can I work with distributors and retailers?
Yes. Trade partner tools cover applications, downloads, Where to Buy and agreements.
Do you support multiple warehouses?
Not yet. Stock sits in one location today; more locations are coming as a new feature.
Which payment methods can I accept?
UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay, plus optional cash on delivery.
Who receives the money?
Payments settle directly into your own Razorpay account.
